Stories

Common sense says that writers should specialize—develop an expertise in one area. You'll find many successful writers who do just that—visit their websites and you'll find mystery writers, book reviewers, magazine writers, technical writers, poets, and every kind of writer you can imagine. This is a wonderful thing to do. Readers love it. Publishers love it. I love itwhen other writers do it.
Despite my inability to stick to one genre or form, everything I've written does have an element of "story." (Although with some of the work-related pieces that I've written, the most interesting parts of the story are the ones I've left out!)
What's New
I won 3rd place in Writer magazine's 2008 Short-Story contest. My entry will be published in January 2009 on the Writer website.
